Our Policy

How ordering, delivery, payment and returns work at Chicken Chill Bite.

Ordering

All orders are placed on WhatsApp at 0336 670 1276. Share the product or deal name, quantity, your address and a contact number. We confirm every order before dispatch.

Delivery

We deliver across Lahore. Deal boxes include free home delivery. Standard orders are usually delivered the same day within our operating hours, 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer / easypaisa / jazzcash. For bank transfers, please share the payment screenshot on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

Because these are frozen food items, we cannot accept returns once the packaging is opened. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or thawed, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund you.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are dispatched. Once the rider has left, cancellation is not possible.
